Research
Following initial contact, we'll research your brand, the marketplace, target demographic, closest competition and align ourselves with your goals and aspirations. We'll then be ready to brief our design team.
Design & CAD Engineering
Our talented design team create a range of provisional ideas. We'll develop the ideas with your guidance until we've got it spot-on. Then create 3D CAD drawings using solid works pro, allowing us to start the prototyping process. We'll show you 3D walk-round drawings as a final check.
Prototyping
We produce handmade samples, CNC models, stereo lithographic prototypes or 3D prints to accurately demonstrate your final product. We know exactly which route offers best results. We'll work quickly and always remain within budget.
Product Testing
Our team has years of experience in global testing requirements. We'll produce every product to local standards, no matter which market we export to. We'll discuss and manage 3rd party testing requirements and release certification as required prior to dispatch.
Production & QC
We produce everything at our plants in Manchester, UK and Guangdong, China. Our knowledgable technicians have a wealth of manufacturing experience in electronics, recycled plastics, FCA woods and metals, producing everything to an incredibly high standard. We test everything to AQL level 2, with pre arranged tolerances with our clients. We only complete 100% testing.
Logistics & Delivery
Flux creates Certificates of Origins, Supplier Declarations, MSDS reports and all relevant technical and compliance documentation, ultimately preventing goods getting stuck in customs. In todays demanding world, logistics is far more than simply delivering a pallet of goods, you can trust in Flux to execute a seamless process.
